Terms of Service
We Are AI Works Lab Ltd (trading as "PropGenie")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PropGenie platform and associated applications provided by We Are AI Works Lab Ltd ("PropGenie", "we", "us"). By signing up for a PropGenie account or using any PropGenie application, you agree to these Terms.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" means all PropGenie software, web applications, AI tools, APIs, and services.
- "Partner", "Agency", "You" means the organisation or individual using PropGenie.
- "Users" means staff or customers you authorise to use the platform.
- "Data Controller / Processor" roles apply as defined in the Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You must ensure all users follow these Terms.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
3. Use of the Platform
You may use the platform to operate your estate agency or business activities in line with applicable laws.
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy parts of the platform
- Use the service to send spam or unlawful communications
- Attempt to bypass security features
- Misuse any API keys or integration tokens
- Use the platform in a way that harms or degrades service for others
We reserve the right to monitor usage for security, support, and service improvement.
4. Partner Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your use complies with local laws
- Ensuring you have permission to process the data you upload
- The accuracy of data shared with the platform
- Managing staff access and permissions
- Communicating your own privacy practices to your customers
- Backing up any data you require for long-term retention
5. AI & Automation Features
PropGenie includes AI-driven functionality such as:
- Voice agents
- Property description generation
- Scheduling and calendar automation
- KYC/AML checks
- Report generation
You acknowledge:
- AI outputs may occasionally contain errors
- You remain responsible for reviewing any suggestions or automated actions
- AI models may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve performance
- We do not train models on identifiable customer data.
6. Integrations & Third-Party Services
PropGenie integrates with external systems such as:
- Google Calendar and Outlook
- Reapit and other CRMs
- Telephony/VoIP providers
- Payment processors
- ID verification services
Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms from those providers.
You are responsible for maintaining any required licences or API keys.
7. Fees, Billing & Payment
- Fees are outlined in your subscription or partner agreement.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Invoices must be paid within the stated payment terms.
- Overdue payments may result in service suspension.
- We may adjust prices with prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
PropGenie retains all rights, title, and interest in:
- The platform
- All software, logos, branding, and content
- Documentation and training materials
- AI prompts, workflows, and internal logic
You retain ownership of:
- Your data
- Your customer information
- Any content you upload
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform as long as your subscription is active.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
Key points:
- You act as Data Controller for customer data.
- We act as Data Processor (or Controller for account data).
- We do not sell personal data.
- A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
- You must comply with data protection laws in your region.
10. Service Availability & Maintenance
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.
We are not liable for downtime caused by:
- Third-party providers
- Network issues
- Platform misuse
- Force majeure events (e.g., power outages, natural disasters)
11. Support
Support is provided via:
- Email: support@propgenie.tech
- Ticketing channels (where enabled)
Priority support levels may depend on your subscription or partner plan.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment is not received
- There is misuse or potential harm to the platform
On termination:
- Access to the platform ends immediately
- Data may be deleted after a retention period
- Any outstanding invoices remain due
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information
- Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
For significant changes, partners will receive written notice (email or dashboard notification).
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
